The PEER ManCoRE, together with the undergraduate students and professors from the Institute of Biology, University of the Philippines Diliman conducted a field survey in mangrove stand of Bongabong, Mansalay, and Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, last January 16-25, 2023. The team collected samples of mollusks, lichens, leaf litter, sediment, and eDNA from the selected mangrove sites. Mangrove species diversity and water quality were also measured in each site.
