PEER-funded MS Forestry student successfully passed the Final Examination Defense

Congratulations to John Ryan L. Navidad!!!

Ryan successfully defended his graduate thesis entitled, ‘Assessment of diversity and structural complexity of natural, planted, and naturally-colonized mangrove stands in Ormoc Bay, Leyte” yesterday, May 29. Ryan worked as a Research Assistant of the PEER ManCoRe Project Year 1. He is also an MS Forestry student at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). His MS thesis is under the supervision of Dr. Pastor Malabrigo of UPLB. Dr. Severino G. Salmo III, the Peer ManCoRE Project leader is one of the members of the advisory committee.
